I'm thinking this is the first time I've ventured much further than my little lane after dark with my tripod to snap snappy for you guys - once I got the idea of a streetlight to show the sheer awesomeness (haaaa I'm so funny) of this Staple top from Market HQ, I couldn't not go through with it. So, while I should continue reminding myself that I need to invest in a remote (focus estimations only go so far, evidently), I would like to announce that I'm a ghost, goddammit. And streetlights make me glow :)

I'll shut up in a second about streetlights - but don't you love that the lens flare isn't from the sun?

Staple Sage Storm Cropped Shirt from Market HQ - Vintage Cut-offs - TOPSHOP Wisteria wedges - TOPSHOP Bralet in Mint

It is with so much love that I parade/dance/jump in this beautiful Staple shirt thanks to the beautiful girls over at Market HQ - I brought in the new year in its floaty awesomeness and haven't had the chance to share it till now. I haven't quite figured out the splashed-painted-marbled print, but the dusty pastel colours pretty much have me, conveniently colour-coordinated with my beloved TOPSHOP wedges and bralet (don't wear a white bra - I learnt this the hard way :p), all of which matched the pretty sunset.

Epic win.

Thanks to Natalie, I am now the most obsessed person with Staple that you'll be seeing for a long time. This collection has the most amazing mix of cuts and textures, with an emphasis on jersey (which I always love - comfort at the moment is key) - pockets and high-waists also tend to be a standing ovation for me :)

But at the end of the day, what I love most about these pieces are the versatile colour palette that is so easily dressed up or down, the symmetry, and the insanely on-point exploration of draping.

Hello, slouchy beige pants and printed jumpsuit. What do you say we go get coffee and then take a long stroll?
