Deathly Hallows.

Photobucket

Happy halloween all :) I'm about to go and do my make up for the party I'm going to... as a witch - ridiculously unoriginal, I know. But everyone tries to be so obscure that I don't think anybody will go as a witch anyway.

Have a lovely night everyone!

Where's the ring.

Gucci Icon-Temporary Celebration.

Mischa Barton's sequined dress is to die for. Claire Danes will never age. Leigh Lezark's cheekbones have actually made history. Every single pair of shoes worn made me look at my feet.

Pin me up.

I found this while poking around for nice bodysuits... because I still haven't tried them. I love this kind of photography - what cameras can get that quality now??

Also... is that Paulina on the right?

Evening star.

So first of all, apologies for looking absolutely exhausted - staying up dancing to She's a Genius really doesn't suite me.

To the point, I just got home from a local school's night market - there were so many sweet little jewellery and vintage stalls... and, as seen above, I got this beautiful semiprecious ring from a stall where I had a ridiculously hard time deciding between this one, a similar one in green and a round sheild ring in brown.

The dress is from Just Jeans last Summer - I never found the opportunity to wear it. Leather jacket from my birthday, as is the purse and gladiators.

All in all, a good night's work :)

Oh Jenny, I don't hear any practicing.

So, as you can see, we had ridiculous amounts of fun :) accompanied by lovely weather... and the Ceci est un IT BAG.

None quite like it.

Thank you all for your well wishes for my little holiday :) it was so much fun being as crazy as I could be with friends. As always, boredom on bus trips results in sketches, and the following are my favourites from my mindless doodlings:

Hope you enjoy them :) I just found my camera chord so I will be uploading some photos (including ones of Ceci est un IT BAG - finally).

She eats out and gets back to nature. For real this time.

Photobucket

I know: I had to have a lovely product of fashion photography to accompany my explanation of my next two days of silence.

I'm off until Friday afternoon up North to enjoy some warm weather - a conveniently placed vacation after my mentioned stresses in life... dwarfed by McQueen heels :)

But I have plenty of fun in mind and friends' cameras that actually work and my trusty sketch pen and a head of ideas.

So be afraid. Or excited. Or both.

Staggeringly So.

PhotobucketPhotobucket

I'm sorry what: I highly doubt McQueen sent these out for retail, but the girls at Vogue UK managed to get their hands on these pretties from the Spring RTW 2010 McQueen show (if we all remember... kind of hard not to :D), dubbed the 'Armadillos'. They are, in fact, 12 inches high, as opposed to the previously advertised 10. So clearly, they're making those 5 inch heels (which are killer to begin with) ridiculously dwarfish.

I fail to understand how the models got further than the door.

Awkward hats and Smoggy days.

Zooming past.

No pictures for this post, unfortunately: of course, I bought the only Agent Ninety Nine product in existence that doesn't have an image on the General Pants Co. website :( and the camera is still, sadly, objectionably dead. There will be photos soon though - along with the promised ones of my beautiful Ceci est un IT BAG.

But first of all, I must announce that I am on the highest high imaginable: I did my 3Unit HSC Maths today and my 4Unit exam yesterday and I am DONE with maths forever. Sure, I still have a year to go of school... but it should be cruising from this point on :)

Off for a celebratory dinner with my darling family :)

Freedom Fighter.

So we all know the shapeless, light cotton shifts that we wear to the beach (or not even), where the neckline is lower than our ribs and yet, for a dress, is still conveniently short. So, just now, as i munch on my popcorn (brainfood), I was wondering why they have to be so boring. Obviously, you can't have a floral such sack, because its purpose is to... draw attention to the potentially floral bikini you have on underneath (with) it. But, that isn't to say that it can't be unboring.

This was basically the inspiration for an asymmetrically placed zipper as is on the first sketch (pardon the messiness).

Design number two is, clearly, a heel. It occurred to me after I'd finished it (with the lines used for perspective) that it would be pretty cool to have a basic, walkable skeleton of a heel with the spaces filled in with fringes. Oui?

But we all know Daul Kim isn't blonde :) ... just Rush Magazine likes it that way.

Just a little.

I do realise that I just posted every photo in existence of these Where wedges from Pixie Market... but you have to admit... they're kind of cool.

Gotta get that...

When a friend showed me this dress a few weeks ago, I didn't think a huge amount of it. Actually, I lie. I was like, "Wow, pretty." And then forgot about it. :) BUT I just came across it again and remembered how awesome it was. (GPCo. again... by the way.)

Earlier this week in Buenos Aires, shooting for the 2010 campaign. I swear, she never ages.

Look at her, that pretty little thing.

How gorgeous are these rings from Retrospect - $30-$39 US (the price tag could have been so much more). Especially loving that green one.

P.S. One of these days, I want to learn how to cycle in 4-inch heels :)
