High Camp.
W Magazine in the very early 90s... can't believe it's been almost 20 years since then!
The sun's back out - I couldn't have tolerated a rainy NYE... which somehow got me thinking: does it have to be an NYE dress? Could it be an NYE top and skirt, or shorts to be extreme :)
