In my sleepy wonderings today, I stumbled across the sad biography of Gia Carangi. I've always loved the pictures she took with the likes of Helmut Newton (who photographed this stunning editorial), so I did a bit of digging and came up with this 1979 Vogue Paris editorial of the highest elegance that no model today could ever accomplish in my humble opinion.
